​Budhaditya (Adi) is a second year doctoral student in the Technology and Operations Management Unit. Prior to joining HBS, Adi was a Manager at a leading management consulting organization in New Delhi, India. As a consultant, he worked on multiple operations strategy and operations excellence engagements in US and India over a period of 6 years.

His research interests are related to innovation management, product development and project management.

Adi has a MBA (PGPX) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A, India) and a MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He received a BE in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University, India.​​​
