Haris Tabakovic is a Doctoral Candidate in Strategy at Harvard Business School. He also holds Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Penn State. Before coming to HBS, he worked as a senior engineer at the Strategic Research and Technology Development Group at Lockheed Martin’s Radar Systems Division. Haris’ research investigates the dynamic relationship between strategy, innovation and competition. His current research examines the effects of patent assertion entities on firm behavior, productivity of knowledge generating institutions and competition in standard-setting.
