Eric Lin is a doctoral candidate at HBS and a graduate student affiliate of the Institute for Quantitative Social Sciences at Harvard University. Prior to coming to Harvard, he was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey and Company in the Cleveland office, as part of both the Manufacturing and Product Development practices. As a consultant, Eric focused on manufacturing performance transformation, capability building, and new product development. Eric's research interests are in human capital development and compensation.
Eric holds a BS and MAcc in accountancy from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
