Eric Lin

Eric Lin is a third-year doctoral student in the Technology and Operations Management unit. Prior to coming to Harvard, he was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey and Company in the Cleveland office, as part of both the Manufacturing and Product Development practices.  As a consultant, Eric focused on manufacturing performance transformation and process improvement in new product development.  Eric's general research interests are in innovation, human capital and knowledge diffusion.

Eric holds a BS and MAcc in accountancy from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
