As an MBA student at HBS, you will prepare yourself for leadership in a rapidly changing world in which natural resources are increasingly scarce and the threat of climate change ever more urgent. From reducing emissions and scaling innovative technologies to abating water scarcity and mass migration, business leaders should be equipped to develop sustainable solutions to a broad array of environmental problems. Your education will be based in the case and field methods. In addition to courses, you will learn through student club conferences, guest lectures, case competitions, and internships.
The BEI also directly hosts a number of distinguished speakers on campus each year and runs an alumni mentorship program. In addition, entreprenurial solutions to environmental challenges are welcome in the President’s Challenge and the HBS New Venture Competition.
