Harvard Business School held its Second Annual Entrepreneurship Conference on December 9-10, 2005. The theme of the 2005 conference was Corporate Entrepreneurship. We received nearly 70 papers and selected ten to be discussed in the following sessions: Corporate Venture Capital, Accessing External Capabilities, Resource Allocation Processes, Accessing External Capabilities, Structuring for Growth, and Dynamic Capabilities and Resource-Based Change. A wide range of discussions and panels also took place; participants included Michael Cusumano, Connie Helfat, Clay Christensen, Vijay Govindarajan, Joe Bower, and Mike Tushman, among others.
