Idea: Our aim is to provide an ideal platform for Small and Medium scale Enterprises (SME's) to exchange business requirements, company profile, share experiences and get experts advice. It will also help them to identify and acquire latest innovations and technologies. It will also be a business bridge that will connect SME's with each other and improve their access within the corporate supply chains.
Status: Currently the plan is under a review by Confederation of Indian Industries.

Idea: Because we built a high tech all-electric demonstration car, we received an Exclusive License for patents and know-how for Rapid Battery Re-Charge Technology from a major university where it was demonstrated that even lead acid batteries can be recharged in as little as 15 minutes. Lithium ion time is projected to be 10 to 15 minutes. Battery life is not sacrificed, but actually increased. Our company has a significant opportunity in the growing $700 million industrial electric vehicle battery charger market for lead acid batteries and the large emerging electric automobile battery charging market for lithium ion batteries. Another opportunity is electric car sales via conversions or otherwise. Our demo car is one of very few running all-electric luxury 5 Passenger Sedans in the USA. The top speed is over 100 mph, and the range between charges is 140 miles. We used a brand new Acura TL as the chassis and body shell around an all-electric drive train that we built.
Status: We have been competitively selected for funding by mentoring organizations in both Ohio and Nevada. We have completed an experimental prototype and independently repeated the university's rapid battery charging results. Idea: We are looking to market wireless products (Blackberrys, cellular phones, wireless modems) to consumers through an interactive web site. We will market through various direct to consumer channels such as affinity programs with employers (Fortune 5000). Consumers like a place where they can comparison shop products, see reviews, etc. We also plan to offer corporate discounts based on employer/university affiliation.
Status: I have launched a start up ecommerce company and currently in the process of negotiating contracts with national wireless carriers such as T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T.
Skills: I have over 12 years wireless experience in both retail and working directly for Fortune 50 telecom. We are looking for talented individuals that can take part in this project and benefit from a collaboration of this kind.

Idea: Our company will provide a producer profitability/viability for his forthcoming film, based on various attributes like existing projects which has similar genre, narratives and budgets. Apart from that it will also provide detailed analysis and strategy for successful motion picture and media projects. In other words it will be a one-stop-shop for providing financial potential, guidance and strategy to the producers, distributors and financiers of a film.

Status: The Status of me and my business plan is great, I am currently competing in the Rice University Business Plan Competition, and The NYU Stearn's Business School Business Plan Competition.

Idea: The idea is a modification of the widely known solar thermal power plant design. The solar trough design by nature has a number of restrictions such as the use of vacuum tubes as receivers which are high-tech, fragile, expensive and require maintenance. My idea modifies the design to improve the reliability, reduce failure, and could reduce radiation losses of the receivers (which contribute to the low 10-15% conversion efficiency of solar trough). The technical details of the idea are at an advanced stage. I am looking for motivated individuals who have experience in the solar energy area or who are capable of bringing in people with the relevant experience in solar energy entrepreneurship. I believe that my idea is the way to go for cost reduction and increase in efficiency of the solar trough power plant design.

Idea: Biofont is trying to solve the global need for an infection screening medical device that can detect infections and stop the spread of rampant diseases such as H1N1 swine flu. Benefits of the device include limiting the spread of epidemics, increasing workforce productivity, saving billions of dollars to governments and private industry and preventing medical emergencies for immunocompromised and immunosuppressed patients.
Status: Research underway in collaboration with the University of Waterloo. Success in other international business competitions.
Skills: The Biofont team is composed of members with backgrounds in Nanotechnology, Biology and Immunology and business advisors who have held management positions in successful medical device firms. We are looking to collaborate with one or more HBS students who have an interest in biotechnology.

Moreover, I took On-line Real Estate courses at TRUMP University with the desire of creating a real estate investment company that will also address the current foreclosure issues.
