Knowledge Creation within Multinationals: Effect of Cross border Employee Mobility and Intra-Firm Social Networks
Choudhury's research looks at innovation in emerging markets. Currently he is working on projects involving a U.S. multinational R&D lab in an emerging market location, emerging market state-owned R&D labs and a very large emerging market technology firm. His work explores the causal effect of variables such as incentive policy reform, presence of expatriates, individual leadership and social relationships on innovation.
