How to Apply to a PhD Program
Required Application Materials
- Completed application form
- Resume
- Statement of Purpose
- Official transcripts for all college/university degrees and courses
- Current GMAT or GRE scores (exam taken between December 1, 2003 and December 1, 2008)
- TOEFL scores (non-native English speakers; exam taken between December 1, 2006 and December 1, 2008)
- Three letters of recommendation (at least one from an academic source)
- $90 application fee
