Current Studies:
Please click the button below to go to the secure web site in order to log onto the current studies page. Once you log in, you can sign up for, or remove yourself from sessions. When signing up, you will only see sessions for which you are eligible. If there are multiple sessions, you must sign up for them one at a time.
Important Notes:
- You MUST read the Study Details before signing up for any study listed. Many studies have specific eligibility criteria that are described there. Repeatedly signing up for studies for which you are not eligible may result in your removal from the subject pool.
- PLEASE make sure that you have updated us with your most current email address in case we need to contact you concerning cancellations. From the Update Profile page you can update your contact information, change your on-line study status, remove yourself from the mailing list, and much more. If you didn't include you SSN or Visa information when you registered you can enter it on this page, but not modify it. For security reasons, there are certain fields that you will not be able to change or delete (they will be shaded in gray). If this information was entered incorrectly when you first registered, you will have to email the CLER Administrator at cler@hbs.edu in order to make changes.
- On-Line studies will be posted in Green. These are typically surveys that you can take at whatever time is convenient for you during the time frame specified in the Study Details. The "Start Date and Time" will tell you approximately when you will get the URL for the survey, but you usually have a few days to complete the survey. Just make sure you read the Study Details before you sign up.
- Studies that take place off the HBS campus are listed in Red. Make sure you allow enough time to get to the location if you sign up for one of these studies.
- You MUST be registered in the subject pool database before signing up. Use the link to the left or click here to register. If you have participated in past studies, you are already registered.
- If you are not a U.S. Citizen, click here for eligibility details BEFORE signing up.
- If you have questions, contact the subject pool administrator at cler@hbs.edu.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of Harvard University are not eligible.
