Guidelines and Policies
- Each Advertisement must be accompanied by an insertion
order, specifying the volume and issue in which the advertisement
is to appear.
- Black and white copy only, no inserts, color, or bleed
pages accepted. Full-page: 4 ¾ " x 7 ¾ ";
half page: 4 ¾ " x 3 ¾"
- Invoices and complimentary copy of issue will be sent
on publication, artwork will be returned.
- Publishers liability for error will not exceed
the cost of the advertising space.
- Advertising content must be approved by the publisher
before insertion.
20% discount for consecutive 4-issue contract reserved in
advance
10% discount for agency payments made within 30 days of invoice
