To download the symposium schedule to Outlook --
- Download the .ICS listing of ADES sessions. Save the file on your Desktop or in some other convenient location.
- In Outlook, on the File menu, choose Import and Export.
- Choose Import an iCalendar.
- Choose the file you created in step 1.
- When prompted, choose Import.
The resulting calendar entries will be placed into your main Outlook calendar.
Note: In step 1, you must choose Save, and you must then follow the instrucions detailed in steps 2-5. If you instead choose Open in step 1, the ADES entries will end up in a secondary Outlook calendar, not in your main calendar.
