Accept Your Broken Pieces to Make a Difference
"We hide our broken pieces," says Netflix Chief Marketing Officer Bozoma Saint John during a recent “Anatomy of a Badass” online session at Harvard Business School taught by Professors Frances Frei and Francesca Gino. To be more authentic, Saint John says we should take off our figurative masks, embrace the broken experiences of our lives, and use them to create new, beautiful experiences.
