Title Assistant Dean for Administrative and Educational Affairs

In addition to focusing on a broad range of School-wide planning and policy matters, Gabe works closely with leaders throughout HBS and Harvard University to advance special projects and explore new opportunities that cut across departments and functions. His ongoing priorities include strategic planning, capital projects, design and use of the campus, major events, community engagement, neighborhood and civic affairs, campus art collections and programming, alumni relations, and business management. Gabe serves on the IT Strategy Board, the MBA Student Investment Fund Advisory Board, the Financial Aid Advisory Board, Data Governance and Information Security groups, and Joint Degree steering committees.

Gabe has been at Harvard University for more than twenty years. Before joining the Dean’s Office, Gabe worked in the MBA Program in a succession of roles focused on technology portfolio development and oversight, strategic planning, financial management, HR, and operations. Gabe holds a BA from Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development (PLDA7) at Harvard Business School.
